The Mindfulness Training Institute offers professional, yearlong teacher training courses, providing experiential learning, in-depth instruction and practical skills to teach with confidence and clarity. Training will be offered in French and English at the beautiful Moulin de Chaves, Cubjac, France. The Moulin is set in beautiful grounds with shady riverbanks and bamboo groves.
You will be part of a close, committed group of like-minded peers with whom you will receive skilled, guided direction and personalized instruction that will allow you to flourish as a mindfulness facilitator. A unique opportunity to develop deep collegial relationships and lasting friendships within a rich supportive community of like-minded practitioners
There will also be group meetings online every month with the two teachers or guest faculty, to help support your progress and deepen your practice. In addition, you will have individual online meetings with a course mentor between modules.
Mark Coleman M.A. has studied meditation since 1984 and has taught meditation for over 25 years. Mark is a senior teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and has delivered mindfulness programs to corporations, governments and health care worldwide. He is author of four books on mindfulness and is featured extensively on meditation apps.
Martin Aylward has been practicing meditation for 35 years and has been teaching retreats and guiding students worldwide since 1999. Author of books on Mindfulness in French and English, he is the founding teacher of Moulin de Chaves, a residential meditation centre in South West France where he lives, and the online meditation platform Sangha live.
