Mark and Martin provide trainees with the experiential learning, in-depth instruction and practical skills needed to teach with confidence and clarity. This training was one of the first to receive accreditation from the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA). Trainees are educated in both contemporary neuroscience research on mindfulness and its historical Buddhist context.
